Community cohesion
The foundation’s volunteers can point to a proud history of generating inter-faith understanding over nearly two decades, using the arts as a focus for community cohesion events.
Our co-chair, Nazar Lohdi, is Slough council’s lead for community cohesion. His vital work in this crucial area resulted in him being the runner-up in the authority’s citizen of the year award. Our last event, held just before lockdown, was to mark Holocaust Memorial Day.
We deliver cross-community services by providing: an open and trusted environment for parents and young people to face their challenges together.
Our trusted and respected staff resulted as is competent at tackling extremism and promoting community cohesion. We offer:

- Outreach programmes
